Conference Program

The MFCS 2022 program is available on Easychair. See also here for an overview. The proceedings are available here.

Note that while the scientific program starts on Monday morning, there will be some welcome drinks and light snacks at the venue on Sunday 17:00-18:00. The registration desk will also be open at that time.

On Tuesday afternoon, the organizers will host the Award Ceremony of the VCLA Student Awards at the same venue as MFCS. This short co-located event will include talks by the two recipients of the 2021 Student Awards:

• Jasper Slusallek for his Bachelor Thesis “Algorithms and Lower Bounds for Finding (Exact-Weight) Subgraphs of Bounded Treewidth”

• Tuukka Korhonen for his Master Thesis “Finding Optimal Tree Decompositions”

All registered participants at MFCS are welcome to attend the event.

The conference dinner is scheduled for Wednesday evening.

MFCS 2022 is co-located with the MATCH-UP 2022 workshop, which takes place on Thursday and Friday. Thursday’s invited talk by Vijay Vazirani will be shared with the workshop, and will take place after lunch.
